Create your account
Sign up with your work email. The first person to register becomes the super admin — no approval gates, no sales calls.
Set up your organisation
Name your business and you are immediately taken to the admin dashboard. Your free trial starts automatically.
Add employees
Upload a CSV or add people one by one. We only need a name and email. Every employee gets a unique, anonymous survey link — no accounts or passwords required on their side.
Launch a survey
Choose between the 8-question quarterly pulse or the 35-question annual deep-dive. Pick a closing date and hit send. Employees receive a simple link by email. Most teams run the 8-question pulse quarterly and the full 35-question survey once a year — the annual version is built for depth, not frequency.
Employees respond anonymously
Responses are collected without names, IP tracking, or identifiable metadata. The only thing we record is the answer itself. Employees can also leave optional open-text comments.
View your Engagement Index
As soon as you hit the response threshold, the dashboard shows your EI score, culture band, and a breakdown across all seven dimensions. Retention intent and eNPS appear alongside.
Read AI-generated action plans
Our AI analyses the dimension scores, open-text comments, and band position to produce prioritised corrective actions. Each recommendation includes an owner, priority, and timeframe.
Download PDF reports
Generate executive-ready PDFs in one click. The report includes the score summary, prioritised actions, and the full raw commentary — ready for board packs or all-hands decks.
Track trends over time
Re-launch pulses each quarter and watch your EI move. The dashboard compares current vs. previous scores so you can see which interventions are working and where attention is still needed.
